Returns/Refund Policy

If a product is damaged in transit, or an incorrect product has been sent, please contact us within 7 days of collection and we will resolve the issue with haste.

Due to the nature of the products we offer, items purchased are non-refundable unless it's an incorrect product delivered to you by mistake or the product was damaged during shipping. This is for your protection as we cannot risk our health and safety standards by accepting opened or used returned goods and then placing the products back onto our shelves to be re-sold.

To initiate the returns process, email us at returns@touchfoods.co.za with a small detailed message of the product's fault, along with the order number (from which the product was purchased under) as a reference.

After an approved return is initiated with our returns department:

  1. The product will be collected via our courier services at the agreed upon address between yourself and the returns department
  2. The product must be:
    1. 2.1 Unused, with the original labels still attached
    2. 2.2 In the original packaging, which must be in its original condition
  3. Keep your proof that the product was returned to our courier company in the event of loss of returned goods. Failure of the above will result in us not being held liable for returned goods that does not reach our returns department.

We will notify you via phone or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return. The above is subject to approval from our returns department.
